SCHEDULING DELIVERY
All orders must be paid for by credit/debit card, or in cash at the office before delivery can be scheduled. It is important that the buyer answers the phone when called to confirm delivery. Failing to do so, or to make a timely callback may result in the delay or cancellation of the order.
DELIVERY SITE CONDITIONS:
Spurt Industry LLC reserves the right to determine whether the delivery site is suitable for such a delivery. The Buyer shall be responsible for all costs and damages incurred where Spurt does not have adequate access for delivery.
DELIVERY SPOT:
Deliveries are made via dump truck/hooklift truck to the driveway or curb. It is required that the driveway is a minimum of 10 feet wide for adequate and safe truck clearance. If the buyer would like to have the material dumped in any spot that isn’t the driveway, the driver will determine whether the desired spot is feasible or not. The buyer is responsible for any damage associated with dumping material in any area other than driveway, like ruts in your lawn, truck towing (if it gets stuck) and repairs associated with the dumping.
DUMPING IN MULTIPLE AREAS:
Deliveries requested to be unloaded in more than one location, areas other than driveways, or areas with poor access will not be accommodated.
DELIVERY WINDOW:
Deliveries are made between 7am-5pm, Monday-Friday. Spurt Industry LLC cannot and does not guarantee exact or precise delivery times, due to unforeseen conditions.
WEATHER CONDITIONS:
Spurt does not deliver when we’re experiencing poor weather conditions (icy, heavy rain or snow). This could mean that the delivery is rescheduled for a later date. If the buyer insists on accepting delivery in these conditions, any damage caused to their property is not the responsibility of Spurt Industries, or the delivery driver.
REFUND AND RETURN POLICY:
A full refund will be given if an order is cancelled before delivery. There is no return on bulk materials after the delivery is made. If the truck arrives and cannot get into the driveway, or safely unload, they MUST be provided with an alternate spot to dump the materials. If these terms are not met, and they are forced to return the load, the customer will only be credited the material charge, but not the separate delivery charge.
MATERIAL QUALITY AND COMPLAINTS:
Spurt compost and soils are made naturally and screened; however, due to the nature of bulk production and storage, they may contain small twigs, stones, and plastic debris. Our products are non-returnable. The buyer has 48-hours after receiving the material to submit any product complaint and Spurt is responsible for conducting an investigation and proposing a solution. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If over 48 hours have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
