Are you looking for a higher sand content in your planting soil? Our Enviroblend is designed to improve drainage and porosity in gardens and landscapes for superior plant performance. This unique blend contains a higher sand content than our traditional Spurt dirt and provides the perfect environment for healthier root growth and plant establishment. This blend also provides pore spaces that allow oxygen movement needed for healthy plant performance.
Ingredients
Enviroblend is a blend of our STA Certified Compost, local native topsoil, and finely graded sand. The blend produces a specific particle size gradation, neutral pH, and an organic matter content that’s perfect for kickstarting a vibrant and thriving ecosystem. Enviroblend is most often used in a whole system design that includes specific plant palettes and conservationist land management techniques for optimal performance.
Analytical
Enviroblend is a manufactured soil with an ochre brown color, screened to 3/8”, a fine textured loamy sand/sandy loam soil classification, it weighs on average 1,600-2,000 lbs/cubic yard and has a neutral pH. Analytical data sheets provided upon request.
